Dr. H. Kathy Lee has been a pillar of excellence in endodontics at Sterling Endodontics (formerly Maryland Endodontic Group) since 2002. With a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree earned with honors from the University of Maryland Dental School, Dr. Lee brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her practice.
Her dedication to endodontics is reflected in her achievements, including the American Association of Endodontists Award and the Mary Wall Award for Anatomy. Before specializing, Dr. Lee completed a General Practice Residency at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Baltimore, where she honed her skills in treating medically compromised patients. She continued her advanced training with a postdoctoral certificate in endodontics at the University of Maryland Dental School.
Dr. Lee’s commitment to education extends beyond her practice. She has served as a professor of endodontics at the University of Michigan Dental School, where she enjoyed mentoring the next generation of dentists. Her community spirit is evident in her nine-year tenure as a board member at Greenspring Montessori School.
When she’s not caring for patients or teaching, Dr. Lee shares her insights through local lectures and has been recognized as one of Baltimore’s best dentists by Baltimore Magazine. She enjoys a rich personal life, spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. Passionate about travel, Pilates, and golf, Dr. Lee embraces new cultures and adventures whenever she can.
