Digital X-Rays and Cone Beam CT
Dental imaging is an invaluable aid in diagnosis and treatment. Sterling Endodontics utilizes the latest technology in digital x-rays and Cone Beam CT technology that offer more accuracy with less radiation. Digital imaging allows immediate x ray or scan that’s displayed on the computer monitor that can be reviewed with the patient. These images can be forwarded to the referring dentist or to the patient via HIPPA compliant methods (encrypted email or USB drive). The Cone Beam CT is a 3-D imaging that can visualize anatomy that can’t been seen in a 2-D x-ray. Our CBCT utilize the state-of-the-art CBCT with metal artifact reduction (MARs) technology for the most accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
